You know, I remember (was it 1996? or 1992?) when Al Franken and Arianna Huffington bantered on Comedy Central about the presidential candidates, and I thought she was nuts. However, I have been reading her more recent stuff off of Common Dreams and Alternet, and she is making so much more sense now. I just found this off her site that explains what made her change her political standpoint, see the light, etc. See? You can grow out of conservatism!
